Feedback

Our knives are not just scary or crazy sharp, they are utterly insane - so sharp that should be made illegal! -
certified sharpness under 0.1 micron edge apex; near 0.05 micron for premium steel - sharper than a safety razor.*

The price includes bevel setting (also called re-edging).

Price depends on the steel your blade is made of – for the purpose of pricing we divided all types of steel into two groups: Mainstream and Premium. Please refer to the Premium list – blades not listed there are priced as “Mainstream”.

If in doubt, please ask.

Knife makers' new knives are welcome, we will put on your newborn knife bevels to die for and sharpen sharper than a razor.
See for example a case study in the Australian Knife Magazine (May 2018)

We DO NOT sharpen kitchen knives for households, unless they are custom made.

WE TEMPORARILY SUSPEND TAKING SHARPENING REQUESTS TILL WE DO THE BACKLOG OF 2 MONTHS.

* Sharper than razors  is our promise for knives made of certain steels with carbon content at least 0.7%, and low edge angle.
Not every steel can take a sharper than razor edge; high-carbon fine-carbide steels can.
For steels with a lower carbon content, or large carbides your knife will still be insane sharp, with edge apex width under 0.2 micron, i.e. near the shaving razor sharpness.
