All these knives comply with sanitary requirements of the NSW Food Authority, and are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, delivered food ready.

 

OUR RANGE

The majority of our knives are Victorinox/Wenger SWIBO (Switzerland), made of high carbon martensitic stainless steel of Rockwell hardness 58, and with non-slip conspicuous handles for added safety.
Tip can be blunted on request.
