Should you have a SHARPENING EMERGENCY, call us in and we will rescue your business, while you are getting your in-house sharpening in order. We will be sharpening overnight and deliver your knives before the start of your plant operations.

 

You will be getting the sharpest knives in Australia with our proprietary 7-Carcasses Edge.
Our sharpness is BESS certified, and you will have knife sharpness under 100 BESS, i.e. 0.1-0.2 micron edge apex width - in conventional terms, an edge that sharp will smooth shave and fillet paper in layers.
